摘　　要：针对化工专业人才培养中存在的问题,以及顺应现代化工企业对化工专业人才的需要,本文介绍了基于OBE理念构建的“三三三”实践教学培养模式,该模式保障了化工专业人才培养的专业性、行业性、职业性和企业性,实现了学生的知识、能力和素质协调发展,提升了学生的实践能力和创新能力。Aimed at the problems in the talent training of the chemical engineering and the need of the modern chemical enterprise to the chemical professionals,the“three,three,three”practical teaching training mode based on the OBE concept had been build,which guarantees the professional,industrial,professional and entrepreneurial of the talent training in the chemical engineering.The development of the students’knowledge,ability and quality has been realized,and the student’practical ability and innovation ability has been promoted also.
