摘  要:在天然气管道运输过程中无法完全避免输差的产生,为了解决目前管道输差异常时不能及时进行输差定位而造成巨大经济损失的问题,建立输气管道模型,分析天然气管道输差成因,采用灰色关联分析的方法,计算参考数列(输差率)与比较数列(支线流量、管存量、自用气量以及放空气量)之间的关联度,并按关联度大小顺序依次检查管道,达到了缩短输差定位时间的目的。研究结果表明:将灰色关联分析法应用于输差定位,能极大缩短输差定位时间,减少经济损失。In the process of natural gas pipeline transportation,it is impossible to completely avoid transmission error.In order to solve the problem of huge economic loss caused by the failure to locate abnormal transmission error,a gas transmission pipeline model is established to analyze the causes of the error of natural gas pipeline transmission.The grey correlation analysis method is used to calculate the correlation degree between the reference sequence(transmission error rate)and the comparison sequences(branch flow-rate,pipe stock,self use gas and air release),and check the pipeline in order of the correlation degree,so as to shorten the positioning time of transmission error.The research result shows that the application of grey correlation analysis method to the positioning of transmission error can greatly shorten the positioning time of transmission error and reduce the economic loss.
