摘 要:螺尖丝锥具有切削锋利、加工效率高和被加工螺纹精度高等优点,广泛应用于各种条件下通孔内螺纹的加工,但在加工中易出现切屑松散和攻丝扭矩大等问题。研究螺尖丝锥槽型参数改变对攻丝扭矩和切屑形态的影响,在丝锥螺尖槽选择两段圆弧的前提下,通过改变圆弧半径来获得理想的丝锥槽型参数和切屑形态。结果表明:螺尖槽后R圆弧对攻丝有重要影响,R圆弧半径由小到大增加,攻丝扭矩呈由大变小再变大的趋势,切屑形态呈现由碎屑到卷曲紧密的完整切屑变化趋势。The screw tap has a series of advantages such as sharp cutting,high efficiency,high precision of thread being machined,etc.It is widely used in the processing of through-hole internal thread under various conditions.However,problems such as loose chips and high tapping torque are likely to occur during processing.This paper focuses on the influence of the parameter change of the screw tip tap on the tapping torque and chip shape.Under the premise of selecting two arcs in the taper slot,the method of changing the radius of the arc can be used to obtain the ideal tap groove parameters and chip shape.The experimental results show that the R arc after the screw tip groove has an important influence on the tapping.The radius of the R arc increases from small to large,and the tapping torque shows a trend from large to small and then large,chip morphology shows a trend from chip to tightly wounded complete chips.
