摘　　要：随着我国经济发展和对外开放程度加深,个人外汇业务需求不断增长,个人主体行为日趋复杂,现行个人外汇业务监管模式的不足日益显现,过度强调规则的金融监管理念无法满足维护市场稳定的根本要求。因此,本文从分析现行管理方式入手,研究个人外汇业务原则性监管的可行性,探索构建个人外汇业务原则监管基本框架,规划出个人外汇业务原则监管实现路径,为个人外汇管理提质增效提供参考。With the development of China’s econnomy and the deepening of the degree of opening up,the demand for individual foreign exchange business is growing,and the behavior of individual subjects is becoming more and more complicated.The current supervision mode of individuanl foreign exchange business is increasingly deficient,and the financial supervision concept that overemphasizes rules cannot satisfy the fundamental requirements of maintaining market stability.Therefore,this paper starts from the analyzing the shortcomings of the current management methods,studies the feasibility of the principle supervision of individual foreign exchange business,exploresthe basic framework of principle supervision of individual foreign exchange business,and plans the implementation path of the principle supervision of individual foreign exchange business,providing reference for improving the quality and efficiency of individual foreign exchange management.
