摘 要:纳米银因具有高导电性、高透光性、高耐弯曲性以及良好的柔性,成为了传统导电材料的替代品。探索更加方便、环保的方法来制备不同规格高质量的纳米银线来用作导电材料成为了研究趋势。本文采用多元醇还原法制备纳米银线,利用乙二醇将硝酸银中的银离子还原成银,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为结构导向剂、保护剂,以促进纳米银的生长。通过场发射扫描电镜对纳米银的形貌表征发现,当PVP溶液为0.4mol/L时,纳米银大部分为颗粒状;当PVP溶液为0.6mol/L时,纳米银可以正常生长成线;但当PVP溶液为0.8mol/L时,会使晶核表面配位过强,无法得到所需目标形貌。Nano-silver has become a substitute for traditional conductive materials because of its high conductivity,high transparency,high flexibility and flexibility.Exploring more convenient and environmentally friendly methods to prepare silver nanowires with different specifications and high quality as conductive materials has become a research trend.In this paper,silver nanowires were prepared by polyol reduction method.Silver ions in silver nitrate were reduced to silver by ethylene glycol.Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)was used as structure-oriented and protective agent to promote the growth of silver nanowires.The morphology of nano-silver was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).It was found that when the PVP solution was 0.4 mol/L,most of the nano-silver was granular;when the PVP solution was 0.6 mol/L,nano-silver could grow into a line normally;but when the PVP solution was 0.8 mol/L,the surface coordination of the nucleus would be too strong to obtain the desired morphology.
