摘  要:为分析并网光伏电站谐波产生机理和传播特性,精确估算不同工况下光伏电站谐波输出,提出光伏电站动态谐波域模型。建立能准确反映光伏并网特性的谐波源模型,为配电网容纳光伏的能力以及大型光伏电站电能质量治理装备等课题的研究提供参考。利用双重傅里叶变换对三相半桥双极性正弦脉宽调制逆变器输出电压进行分解,将死区效应及调制环节等非理想因素考虑到逆变器的建模中,并结合并网滤波回路参数及逆变器控制技术对并网输出电流波形的影响,建立光伏逆变器并网谐波源模型。在仿真中结合实测数据验证了建模方法和模型的正确性。A dynamic harmonic domain model was proposed for the photovoltaic power station in order to analyze the generation mechanism and propagation characteristics of harmonics at grid-connected photovoltaic power stations and to accurately estimate harmonic output of these stations under different operating conditions.A harmonic source model was built for accurate reflection of photovoltaic grid connection characteristics to provide reference for the research on the PV accommodation capacity of the distribution network and on the power quality control equipment used at large photovoltaic power stations.The output voltage of the three-phase half-bridge bipolar sinusoidal PWM inverter was decomposed by double Fourier transform,and non-ideal factors such as dead-time effect and modulation link were taken into account in inverter modeling.Furthermore,a grid-connected harmonic source model was established for the photovoltaic inverter under consideration of the influence of the parameters of the grid-connected filter loop and the inverter control technology upon waveform of the grid connection output current.The correctness of the modeling method and the model was verified through the simulation and measured data.
