摘 要:平台型企业社会责任缺失与异化问题在理论层面衍生出其社会责任治理研究的三大焦点问题:平台型企业社会责任的异质性与独特性、治理的有效性及影响效应。平台型企业历经了"产品平台-独立平台组织-平台商业生态圈"的演化过程,在全新的平台情境下,其社会责任实现了企业社会责任主体、利益相关方主体、企业社会责任内容动态性等三大层次的变革,呈现出社会责任情境与内容维度的双元性。平台型企业社会责任治理存在双边市场、商业生态圈、公共选择与公共治理等理论视角,不同理论视角下其治理主体、治理对象、治理机制等存在较大的异质性。目前对平台型企业社会责任治理的影响效应研究聚焦于平台型企业个体、平台内双边用户、"平台-用户"耦合这三大层面。未来,需要在前置性底层理论与前置性价值动因等方面深化平台型企业社会责任治理的理论与实证探索。The lack and alienation of social responsibility of platform enterprises lead to three hot issues in the study of social responsibility governance from the theoretical level: the heterogeneity and uniqueness of social responsibility of platform enterprises, the effectiveness and impact of governance. Platform enterprises experience the evolution process of "product platform, independent platform organization and platform business ecosystem" Under the new platform context, its social responsibility has realized three levels of changes: the practice subject of corporate social responsibility corporate social responsibility, the main body of stakeholders, and the dynamic content of corporate social responsibility, showing the duality of social responsibility context and content dimension. The platform corporate social responsibility governance has the theoretical perspectives of two-sided market, business ecosystem, public choice and public governance, and its governance subject, governance object and governance mechanism have great heterogeneity under different theoretical perspectives. At present, the research on the influence effect of platform corporate social responsibility governance focuses on three aspects, including platform enterprise individual, platform two sided users and dual coupling perspective of platform and user. In the future, it is necessary to deepen the theoretical and empirical exploration of platform corporate social responsibility governance from the perspective of underlying theory and value drivers.
