管理学价值认知的东西方哲学观察:形式与原则

摘　　要：管理是人类有意识的价值追求行为,需要有支撑理性的价值抉择之方法论作为学科基础。管理学的意义不仅存在于认知领域,更多地存在于创造性的实践领域,不仅拥有价值引领的内在实质,更应该容纳价值抉择的逻辑与智慧。一度在管理学领域占据主导地位的实证主义方法,在理论上尚未具备支撑价值抉择的完整逻辑基础。由于西方哲学在价值范畴认知方面未获得成功的理论构建,价值相关学科至今被排斥在科学领域之外。本文分析了包括康德、黑格尔、杜威和马克思哲学在内的西方价值哲学研究的基础性缺陷,通过东西方哲学比较,指出《周易》"元亨利贞"的"四德"价值认知方法论是解释价值范畴及其变化规律的形式辩证逻辑体系,可以应用于管理学研究价值探索、认知、评价、创造与保护方面,为促进管理学的社会价值承当力提供方法论与实践理性基础。Management is the conscious value pursuit behavior of human beings, and it is necessary to take the methodology of value choice that supports rationality as the basis of discipline. The significance of management not only exists in the cognitive field, but also in the field of creative practice, besides, it has the intrinsic essence of value-led, and it should accommodate the logic and wisdom of value choice. The positivism method, which once dominated the field of management science, has not yet had a complete logical basis to support value choice in theory. Because of the unsuccessful theoretical construction of western philosophy in the cognition of value category, the subject of value-related science has been excluded from the field of science. This paper analyzes the basic defects of western value philosophy research, including Kant, Hegel, Dewey and Marx’s philosophy, and, through the comparison between East and West philosophy, points out that Zhou Yi’s "Four De" value cognitive methodology of "Yuan Hen Li zhen" is a formal dialectical logic system that interprets the category of value and its changing laws. It can be applied to the aspects of value exploration, cognition, evaluation, creation and protection of management research, and it provides methodological and practical rational basis to promote the social value of management.
