摘　　要：[目的]了解老年人家庭护理服务支付意愿,探讨其影响因素。[方法]采用分层多阶段随机抽样法选取西部某省级城市280名城镇居家老年人进行问卷调查。[结果]愿意支付家庭护理费用的老年人占57.9%,对各类服务项目愿意支付的占比均达到或超过50%。文化程度、原从事工作、是否存在健康危险因素等是支付意愿的主要影响因素,家庭护理服务的内容与质量以及医疗护理服务机构的现状与可及性也成为愿意或不愿意支付费用的主要原因。[结论]城镇居家老年人虽存在较大的家庭护理服务需求,但受多种主客观因素影响,支付意愿不高,应尽快发展与完善老年人家庭护理服务体系。Objective:To understand the willingness to pay for home care services for the elderly,and explore its influencing factors.Methods:A stratified multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 280 urban elderly for questionnaire survey in a provincial city in Western China.Results:The number of the elderly who was willing to pay the home care services accounted for 57.9%.The proportion of willingness to pay for various types of services had reached or exceeded 50%.Education level,previous jobs and various health risks were the main influencing factors of willingness to pay.The content and quality of home care service as well as the current situation and accessibility of medical care service institutions had also become the main reasons for willingness or unwillingness to pay.Conclusion:Although there is a relatively huge demand for home care services for the elderly at home in urban areas,due to various subjective and objective factors,their willingness to pay is not high.The home care service system for the elderly should be developed and improved as soon as possible.
