摘  要:针对轮毂X射线图像随机噪声大、对比度低、分辨率较低、不利于对缺陷进行检测的问题,该文充分利用小波降噪增强技术和伪彩色增强技术的优点,提出基于小波分析和伪彩色处理的轮毂X射线图像增强方法。首先将轮毂X射线图像用改进的小波增强方法进行降噪增强处理,提高图像的对比度及细节可见度,然后进行基于HSI颜色空间的伪彩色处理进一步提高图像分辨率,最后得到增强后的轮毂图像。实验结果表明,该文提出的方法提高了轮毂X射线图像的分辨率,在降噪的同时产生更好的视觉效果,方便进行轮毂缺陷的检测。For the X-ray image of the hub,the random noise is large,the contrast is low,and the resolution is low,which is not conducive to the detection of defects. This paper makes full use of the advantages of wavelet enhancement technology and pseudo color enhancement technology,and proposes enhancement method for wheel X-ray image based on wavelet analysis and pseudo color processing. Firstly,X-ray image of the hub is improved by the improved wavelet enhancement method to improve the contrast and detail visibility of the image. Then the pseudo color processing based on the HSI color space is used to further improve the image resolution. Finally,the enhanced hub image is obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the resolution of the X-ray image of the hub,and produces better visual effects while reducing noise,which is convenient for detecting the defects of the hub.
