摘　　要：目的探索康复医疗机构质量认证委员会(CARF)理念指导下的个性化家庭康复方案对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法将60例脑卒中患者随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。出院后,对照组患者接受常规家庭康复,试验组接受CARF理念指导下的个性化家庭康复方案。2组患者的家庭康复干预时间均为8周。干预前及干预后8周采用功能独立性评定量表(FIM)及简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMA)评估患者肢体运动功能。结果干预8周后,2组FIM评分、FMA评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预8周后FIM评分及FMA评分均较干预前显著提高(P<0.05);对照组干预后FIM评分及FMA评分相较干预前也有提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CARF理念指导下的个性化家庭康复方案能显著改善患者肢体运动功能,提高生存质量。Objective To investigate effect of individualized family rehabilitation program under the guidance of Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities(CARF)concept on motor function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).After discharge,the control group received conventional family rehabilitation,while the experimental group received individualized family rehabilitation program under the guidance of CARF.Both groups received family rehabilitation intervention for 8 weeks.The motor function of two groups was assessed by Functional Independent Measure(FIM),and Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)before and after 8-month intervention.Results There were significant differences in FIM scores and FMA scores between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).After 8-month intervention,the scores of FIM and FMA were significantly improved in the experimental group(P<0.05),and in the control group compared to intervention before,but no significant differences were found(P>0.05).Conclusion The individualized visual family rehabilitation program under CARF concept can significantly improve the limb motor function and quality of life of stroke patients.
