摘　　要：该文分析了当前预警机任务电子系统装备产品的研制生产特征,引申到大型军事电子信息装备产品,提出了总体单位产品工艺工作的内容和方法,论述了必要性和重要性,最后阐明了围绕产品,工艺工作与设计、生产、质量、财务等各方紧密相关,构成了产品研制生产过程全面质量管理链条,并重点分析了工艺管理与质量管理的辩证关系。目的是希望大型军事电子信息系统总体单位的产品研制生产能够基于产品,以工艺管理为抓手,推动全面质量管理工作,确保产品生产一致性、质量稳定性,使企业能够优质、高效、低成本的产出精品,最终交付给用户顶用、管用、好用的武器装备。This paper analyzes the current awacs mission electronic product development and production features of system equipment,only the product of large-scale military electronic information equipment,puts forward the general unit of product process the working contents and methods,this paper discusses the necessity and importance of the last illuminates the surrounding products,craft work and design,production,quality,financial and other closely related parties,constitute a comprehensive product development and production process quality management chain,and analyzed the dialectical relations of process management and quality management.Hope is that a large of product development and production of military electronic information system overall units can be based on product and process management as the gripper,promote the comprehensive quality management,to ensure the quality of product consistency,stability,and enable enterprises to highquality,high efficiency and low cost is the output of high-quality goods,work,work,finally delivered to users to use the weapons and equipment.
