摘  要:目的:利用PET-CT-MRI三模式,分析胃肠道腺癌多b值DWI单指数及双指数模型的ADC值与脱氧葡萄糖(FDG) PET-CT中标准摄取值(SUV)之间的相关性。方法:连续选择29例未经治疗的胃肠道腺癌患者,均行PET-CT及MRI检查。胃肠道腺癌标准摄取值的最大值(SUVmax)与单指数及双指数模型ADC值行Pearson相关性分析。结果:胃肠道腺癌的SUVmax与多指数模型的慢速表观扩散系数(ADCslow)呈显著负相关(r=-0.677,P=0.000)。结论:胃肠道腺癌PET-CT的参数SUVmax与双指数模型的ADCslow值有相关性,提示胃肠道腺癌的葡萄糖代谢与水分子弥散间有一定关系。Objective:The aim of the study was to evaluate quantitative correlation between SUV with 18F-FDG PET-CT and ADC value of mono-exponential model and dual-exponential model with multi b value DWI in gastrointestinal tract adenocarcinma. Methods:Twenty-nine consecutive patients with gastrointestinal tract adenocarcinma were included in this study,who all carried out 18F-FDG PET/CT and MRI. Pearson correlation test was used to detect the relationships between SUV and ADC of mono-exponential model and dual-exponential model of primary gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor. Results:Significant negative correlations were found between SUV and ADCslow(r=-0.677,P= 0.000) in gastrointestinal tract adenocarcinma. Conclusion:SUV,parameter in PET,has correlation with ADCslow in DWI,which represents there is a certain relationship between glucose metabolism and diffusion of water molecules with gastrointestinal tract adenocarcinoma.
