摘　　要：证明了一个新的拟算术平均关于几何平均、对数平均的不等式,以及新的拟算术平均关于调和平均与算术平均组合的确界。作为应用,推得了两个第一类完全椭圆积分的不等式。In this paper,we provide the inequalities for a new quasi-arithmetic,geometric and logarithmic means,and the sharp bounds for a new quasi-arithmetic mean in terms of the combination of harmonic and arithmetic means.As application,we present two inequalities for the complete elliptic integrals of the first.
