摘　　要：目的观察细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3(SOCS-3)在四氯化碳(CCl 4)诱导的肝纤维化(HF)大鼠中的表达意义。方法将清洁级雄性健康SD大鼠60只随机分为模型组、对照组及空白组,每组20只。除空白组外,予以CCl 4制备大鼠HF模型,造模同时予以对照组多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(易善复)灌胃治疗。10周后利用酶联免疫吸附试验测定各组大鼠血清中SOCS-3和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,探讨SOCS-3在HF大鼠中的表达。结果模型组HF大鼠中SOCS-3与TNF-α的含量明显高于对照组及空白组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且SOCS-3与TNF-α呈正相关(r=0.850,P=0.000)。结论SOCS-3在HF的形成发展中起到重要的调节作用。Objective To investigate the effect of suppressor of cytokine signaling-3(SOCS-3)in the rats with hepatic fibrosis which induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4).Methods A total of 60 male clean level and healthy SD rats were randomly divided into model group,control group and blank group,with 20 rats in each.CCl 4 was used to prepare the rat model of hepatic fibrosis(HF),and the model was built,and the control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules(esanfu)for gavage treatment.After 10 weeks,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the contents of SOCS-3 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the serum of rats in each group,and to investigate the expression of SOCS-3 in HF rats.Results The content of SOCS-3 and TNF-αin HF rats were significantly higher than those in the control group and the blank group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between SOCS-3 and TNF-α(r=0.850,P=0.000).Conclusion SOCS-3 plays an important role in the formation of HF.
