摘　　要：目的:初步分析白细胞介素-35(Interleukin-35,IL-35)在慢性根尖肉芽肿中的表达情况并探讨其临床意义。方法:选取8例人根尖肉芽肿组织纳入试验组,5例健康牙龈组织作为对照组,应用免疫化学法检测两组中IL-35蛋白的表达,使用图像分析处理软件分析两组中IL-35的表达水平。结果:试验组和对照组中IL-35蛋白量分别为0.422±0.044和0.086±0.011,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该试验证实了IL-35在慢性根尖肉芽肿中的表达,且IL-35可能在慢性根尖肉芽肿的发展中发挥抑制作用。Objective This study was aimed to preliminary analyse the expression of IL-35 in the human chronic apical granuloma and discuss its clinical significance.Method Eight human chronica apical granuloma tissues were in the experimental group.At the same time,Five healthy gingiva tissues were taken as the normal group.The expressions of IL-35 protein in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical method.Image processing software was used to analyze the expression level of IL-35.Results The IL-35 of experimental group was(0.422±0.044).However,The IL-35 in the normal control group was(0.086±0.011).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study demonstrates that IL-35 can be expressed in chronic apical granuloma,IL-35 may inhibit the progress of the chronical granuloma.
