摘 要:目的 为了解低频强声驱散样机(75~85Hz)在不同声强(108~141.5dB)情况下的安全性和有效性,以及低频强声对不同实验动物损伤效应特点,为低频强声驱散样机的定型与使用安全,也为制定该类伤员的诊断、救治、防护措施提供依据。方法 通过用不同声强1(08~141.5dB)作用于放于静音室的不同类实验动物(山羊6只、巴马小香猪4只和SD大鼠40 只3)0min。采用大体与病理解剖、心电、听觉脑干诱发电位、行为学等手段评估不同声强的低频驱散样机在静音室内对实验动物的生物损伤效应。结果 不同强度的低频强声作用于放于静音室内的实验动物30 min后,最高声强1(41.5dB)作用后可引起部分动物脏器(心、肺、肝)的点状出血(轻微损伤),但未发现听阈、功能及行为学异常;≤130dB声强作用后均未发现动物听阈、解剖、功能及行为学异常。结论 该低频强声驱散样机在声强141.5dB时可引起部分大动物(山羊和巴马小香猪)的轻微损伤;低频强声主要引起大动物的内脏损伤,对听觉器官损伤不明显;该低频强声驱散样机在现有频率和强度下仅会引起实验动物主要脏器的点状出血,无不可逆性损伤,具有安全性且具有潜在的驱散能力。Objective In order to learn safety and effectiveness of low-frequency strong sound disperser(75Hz-85Hz)in different sound intensity(108dB-141.5dB),as well as characteristics of damaging effect on experimental animals so as to provide basis for typing and use safety of low-frequency strong sound disperser and diagnosis,treatment and protective measure for these kind of wounded soldiers.Methods Different types of experimental animals(6 goats,4 Bama miniature pigs and 40 rats)were placed in silent room in different sound intensities(108dB-141.5dB)for 30 min.Biological damage effects of low-frequency dispersers with different sound intensities on experimental animals in silent room were evaluated by means such as gross and pathological anatomy,electroencephalogram,auditory brainstem response(ABR)and behavioral techniques.Results After low-frequency strong sounds of different intensities acted on experimental animals placed in silent room for 30 min,and the highest sound intensity(141.5dB)could cause punctate hemorrhage of some animal organs(heart,lung and liver,slight damaging),but hearing threshold,function and behavioral abnormalities did not be found;no hearing threshold,anatomy,function and behavioral abnormalities were found in sound intensity less than 130dB.Conclusion Low-frequency strong sound disperser in 141.5dB sound intensity may cause slight damaging of some large animals(goats and Bama miniature pigs).Low-frequency strong sounds mainly cause visceral injuries,but they are not obvious in auditory organ injuries of large animals.Low-frequency strong sound disperser with existing frequency and sound intensity may cause punctate hemorrhage of main organs in experimental animals without irreversible damage,and it is safe with potential dissipation ability.
