摘　　要：目的分析不同剂量的表柔比星化疗方案辅助治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法于2018年5月—2019年5月择取本院收治的74例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其划分为分析组与一般组,分析组使用大剂量表柔比星治疗,一般组应用小剂量表柔比星,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果分析组患者近期病情缓解率为94.59%,比一般组患者更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组患者不良反应发生率为62.16%,较一般组患者更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量表柔比星化疗方案用于辅助治疗乳腺癌病情缓解效果较好,但不良反应发生率更高,患者耐受力好时使用该治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different doses of epirubicin chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,74 patients with breast cancer admitted to the hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the analysis group and the general group.The analysis group was treated with high-dose epirubicin.The analysis group was treated with lowdose epirubicin and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The recent remission rate of the patients in the analysis group was 94.59%,which was higher than that in the general group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was 62.16%,which was higher than that in the general group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose epirubicin chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of breast cancer,but the incidence of adverse reactions is higher,and the treatment is used when patients have good tolerance.
