摘　　要：应用型人才是将专业知识和技能应用于所从事的专业社会实践的专门人才类型。培养优秀的应用型人才不仅是应用型大学的目标,也是当前我国社会发展的现实需要。《人员素质测评综合实践》课程在应用型人才培养上,从双师队伍建设、课程目标、教学内容,教学方法与手段、考核方式、校企合作等方面进行课程开发和建设,为优秀应用型人才培养创造了条件。Applied personnel are those who apply professional knowledge and skills to professional social practice.Training excellent application-oriented personnel is not only the goal of application-oriented university,but also the realistic need for development in our society.The course"Comprehensive Practice of Personnel Quality Evaluation"has created conditions for the cultivation of excellent application-orientedtalent,especially concentrated on the construction of teacher team,curriculum standards,teaching content,teaching methods and means,assessment methods,school-enterprise cooperation.
