高校混合式教学模式在实践课课程改革中的系统构建——以农业资源与环境专业综合技能实习为例

摘　　要：应用型专业人才是农业资源与环境(以下简称农资)专业人才培养的时代需求,其综合技能实习课程是实现该类型人才培养的重要途径。采用混合式教学模式能更好的促成传统农业院校农资专业综合技能实习课程改革,达到人才培养的目标。具体实现路径可分“三阶段”进行,即第一阶段的多媒体+标本馆教学,第二阶段的微课程+野外实践教学,第三阶段的慕课+实验室教学。该教学模式的实施路径的确定,极大的提高了农资专业学生的对口就业率,实现了专业人才培养目标。It is the needs of the time to cultivate special talents for agricultural resources and environment major,and the course of professional comprehensive skills practice was an important way to the realization of the talent cultivation.Teaching mode reform of blended can better to push through the reforms in agricultural universities.And the first stage is multimedia and herbarium teaching.The second stage is micro courses and field practice teaching.The last stage is MOOCs and laboratory teaching.Date of employment statistics from graduated students shows that,the implementation of the Blended teaching significantly improves the graduate employment rate,and the job suited rate was up to 90%in 2017.
