摘  要:参照三鼓式一次成型法的制造工艺,用ABAQUS软件仿真了445/65R22.5 RLB900型宽基子午线轮胎的成型过程,通过将成品胎的材料分布仿真图与实测图的对比,说明了仿真方法的合理性。通过仿真分析,获得了在成型过程中不同部件的胶料流动情况,通过分析无花纹和有花纹的轮胎成型过程,提出帘线力梯度作为评价成型质量的标准。为了消除胎冠区域胶料凸起的异常现象,提出了减薄胎面外侧胶料厚度和改变半成品胎超定型位置的方法,结果表明:减薄胎面外侧胶料厚度和增加超定型位置使胶料流动更均匀,能够解决胎冠胶料凸起的问题。研究结果可以为优化轮胎施工设计和提升成型质量提供指导。Referring to the process of three-drum primary building method,the building process of wide-base radial tire44565 R22.5 RLB900 was simulated by ABAQUS software. The rationality of simulation method is validated by comparing the material distribution between simulation tire and test tire. Then,the rubber flow of different parts in the building process was presented. By analyzing building process with and without pattern,the cord force gradient is proposed as an evaluation standard for tire building performance. In order to eliminate the abnormalphenomenon of rubber bulge in the crown region,the methods of thinning the sidewall rubber and changing the over-set position of the semi-finished tire are proposed. The results show that the thinning sidewall rubber and increasing over-set position can make the rubber flow more evenly,and eliminate the problem of rubber bulge. The research can provide guidance for optimizing tire construction design and improving tire building quality.
