摘 要:机械零件的位置精度是零件加工的主要质量指标之一,通过控制加工零件的关联实际被测要素对基准在位置上的变动量,可以确定位置精度要求。在机械类产品的被测要素和基准要素上都应用公差原则,能在提高可装配性的前提下,扩大了被测要素公差带的范围,降低制造成本。目前对于位置度误差的评定模型的研究大多着眼于一般参考基准,而较少涉及有公差原则的参考基准。对花键轴基准要素有最大实体要求,被测要素有最大实体要求、可逆要求的位置度公差(简称M-MR位置度公差)的数学评定方法进行研究。根据M-MR位置度公差的工程语义,分析实际量具的几何特性及其在合格性评定中的使用过程,提出位置度误差合格性评定的数学方法。The location precision of mechanical parts is one of the main quality indexes of parts processing,it is possible to determine the location accuracy by controlling the amount of variation in the position of the practical toleranced feature of the processing parts relative to the datum feature. If the datum feature and the element of mechanical products being tested with tolerance principle,it can guarantee the assembly of the product in the first place,expand the scope of the measured element tolerance zone,reduce the manufacturing cost. Recently,most of the research on evaluation model of the position degrees of tolerance is a general datum reference frame,less concerned with the principle of tolerance theory accurately datum. In this paper,spline shaft datum feature has the maximum material requirement,toleranced feature to be tested with the maximum material requirement and reciprocity requirement(hereinafter referred to as M-MR positional tolerance),according to the MMR location tolerance of engineering semantics,analysis of actual measuring geometric characteristics and its use in eligibility assessment process,and put forward the mathematical method to evaluate the position errors.
