摘  要:目的研究甲状腺功能亢进症患者的反应抑制能力情况,并探讨其反应抑制能力受损的可能机制。方法利用事件相关电技术结合经典的反应抑制能力实验范式信号停止任务(signal stop task,SST),对25例确诊为甲亢的患者和20名健康受试者进行测查。结果(1)行为学数据:甲亢患者组反应任务反应正确率明显低于健康受试组,且反应任务错失率明显高于健康受试组。(2)脑电数据:分析N200波幅,任务类型和组别之间的交互作用显著,任务类型及电极位点主效应显著。在进行SST停止任务时,甲亢患者组N200波幅明显低于健康受试组。结论SST与事件相关电位相结合分别从行为学及神经电生理学方面提供客观证据,表明甲亢患者存在反应抑制能力受损。这种认知损害值得临床医师关注及重视。Objective To investigate the response inhibitory ability in hyperthyroid patients,and to explore the possible mechanism of impact of response inhibitory ability.Methods 25 hyperthyroid patients and 20 normal controls were examined by the signal stop task(SST)and Event-related Potentials technique.Results The mean percentage of correct responses on go-trials in hyperthyroid patients were significantly lower than that on in normal controls,and the mean percentage of missed responses on go-trials in hyperthyroidpatients were significantly higher than that in normal controls.Event-related Potentials results demonstrated significant interact between stimuli type and group,and there was a significant main effect between stimuli type and electrodes position.During the stop task,N200 amplitude in hyperthyroid patientswas lower than in normal controls.Conclusions SST and Event-related Potentialdemonstrate the potential executive function impairment in hyperthyroid patients through the aspect of praxiology and neuroelectrophysiology.Thiskind of impairmentshould be of great concern.
