Mda9/Syntenin在不同分子分型乳腺癌组织中的表达特点及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨不同分子分型乳腺癌肿瘤中黑色素瘤分化相关基因9(Mda9)/配体蛋白聚糖结合蛋白(Syntenin)表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集不同分子分型乳腺癌组织进行免疫组化检测黑色素瘤分化相关基因9(Mda9)的表达情况,与月经状况、肿瘤体积、淋巴结状态、TNM分期、激素受体状态等临床病理特征进行统计并分析。结果Syntenin在三阴性乳腺癌表达率明显高于非三阴性乳腺癌,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Syntenin阳性表达与ER、PR、HER-2受体阳性表达差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),Syntenin与女性月经状态的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。Syntenin与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Syntenin阳性表达在TNM分期中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论syntenin与淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小相关,可能和乳腺癌的增殖、侵袭能力有关,促进乳腺癌细胞的复发和转移,可作为预测乳腺癌恶性程度及预后的临床指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of melanoma differentiation-related gene 9(Mda9)/ligand-binding protein(Syntenin)and clinicopathological features in breast cancer tissue of different molecular type.Methods Breast cancer tissues of different molecular type were collected to detect the expression of melanoma differentiation-associated gene 9(Mda9)by using immunohistochemistry method.The expression of Mda9 and clinical-pathological features such as menstrual status,tumor volume,lymph node status,TNM stage and hormone receptor status were statistically analyzed.Results The expression rate of Syntenin in triple negative breast cancer was significantly higher than that in non-triple negative breast cancer(P<0.05).The differences of positive expression of ER,PR and HER-2 receptors between Syntenin negative group and Syntenin positive group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of menstrual status between Syntenin negative group and Syntenin positive group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression of Syntenin was positively correlated with tumor size and lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Syntenin positive expression was positively correlated to TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusions Syntenin is related to lymph node metastasis and tumor size,and may be related to the proliferation and invasion ability of breast cancer,it promotes recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer cells,and could be used as a clinical index which predict the degree of malignancy and the prognosis of breast cancer.
