摘 要:肿瘤发生是一个多基因、长期的作用过程,而肿瘤干细胞标志物的发现对肿瘤治疗和预防发产生着深远的影响,缺氧诱导因子-let(HIF-let)是目前发现的肿瘤细胞和正常细胞适应缺氧环境的关键性转录因子,而双肾上腺素样激酶1(DCLK1)是近年发现的癌干细胞标志物,二者在结直肠癌等肿瘤的进展中发挥着重要的作用。本文主要对HIF-1α联合DCLK1在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义进行了综述,旨在为HIF-1α和DCLK1的相关研究和研制新型抗癌靶向药物提供参考。Cancer is a multi-gene and long-term action process,and the discovery of cancer stem cell markers for tumor treatment and prevention has produced the profound influence.Currently,hypoxia inducible factor-let(HIF-let)has been found to be a key transcription factor for tumor cells and normal cells to adapt hypoxia environment.Moreover,the doublecortin like kinase 1(DCLK1)is a recently discovered cancer stem cell marker.Both play important roles in colorectal cancer and other tumors progress.In this paper,the expression and clinical significance of HIF-1 alpha combined with DCLK1 in colorectal cancer tissues were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the related research of HIF-1 alpha and DCLK1 and the development of new targeted anticancer drugs.
