早期抗精神障碍治疗对额颞叶脑挫裂伤合并精神障碍患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析早期抗精神障碍治疗对额、颞叶脑挫裂伤合并精神障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月宿迁市中医院收治的38例额、颞叶脑挫裂伤合并精神障碍患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为A组(20例)和B组(18例)。两组患者均给予相同方案的常规治疗和脑损伤治疗。A组于患者脑损伤早期(即伤后1周内)予以针对性的抗精神病药物治疗,B组则于患者出现精神障碍症状后再予以相应治疗。比较两组患者精神障碍改善效果及预后疗效。结果A组精神障碍改善总有效率显著高于B组(90.00%vs.77.78%,P<0.05),预后良好率亦显著高于B组(85.00%vs.72.22%,P<0.05)。结论额颞叶脑挫裂伤合并精神障碍患者早期抗精神障碍治疗是提高患者精神障碍康复效果及改善预后的关键。Objective To analyze the effect of early treatment of anti-mental disorders on frontal and temporal lobe brain contusion patients with mental disorders.Methods A total of 38 patients with frontal and temporal lobe contusion combined with mental disorder were selected from Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2018.They were divided into group A(20 cases)and group B(18 cases)according to different treatment methods.Both groups received the same routine treatment and brain injury treatment.Group A was given specific antipsychotic drugs in the early stage of brain injury(i.e.within 1 week after injury),while group B was given antipsychotic drugs to patients when symptoms of mental disorders occurred.The improvement and prognosis of mental disorders were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of mental disorder improvement in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(90.00%vs.77.78%,P<0.05).The good prognosis rate in group A was 85.00%,which was also significantly higher than that in group B(72.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion The early antipsychotic treatment is the key to improve the rehabilitation effect and prognosis of frontotemporal lobe contusion patients with mental disorders.
