加味寿胎丸治疗妊娠子宫肌瘤红色变性1例

摘　　要：子宫肌瘤红色变性多见于妊娠期,是一种特殊类型的坏死。妊娠期肌瘤红色变性时,临床上可有剧烈腹痛,或伴恶心呕吐、发热、血白细胞计数升高等表现。治疗方面除使用宫缩抑制剂之外,无特殊治疗及止痛的有效药。中药对治疗妊娠合并子宫肌瘤红色变性所引起的疼痛有独到之处,在吴门验方加味寿胎丸保胎基础上运用当归芍药散等随证加减有较好疗效。现报道1例中药治疗本病的案例供参考。The red degeneration of uterine fibromyomata,which is a special type of necrosis,usually occurs in pregnancy.During the red degeneration of myoma in pregnancy,severe abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,fever,and high blood leukocyte count may occur.In addition to the use of uterine contraction inhibitors,there is no special treatment and analgesic drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique effect on the treatment of pain caused by pregnancy combined with myoma red degeneration.Wu's empirical prescription Modi fied Shoutaiwan and Dangguishaoyao Powder have a good curative effect on this disease.Here is a clinical case report.
