外源性感染性眼内炎的手术时机对患者术后视力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时期行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术对外源性感染性眼内炎患者术后视力的影响。方法回顾性分析41例外源性感染性眼内炎患者的临床资料,按临床确诊眼内炎后至行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术的时长不同分为3组:≤24 h组、>24~72 h组、>72 h^1周组,比较3组患者术后视力改善的效果。结果不同手术时机对患者术后视力改善有影响,≤24 h组和>24~72 h组的术后视力改善有效率均优于>72 h^1周组(P<0.05)。结论尽早行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术治疗有利于外源性感染性眼内炎患者术后视力的改善。Objective To explore the effect of surgical timing of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade on postoperative visual acuity in patients with exogenous infectious endophthalmitis.Methods Clinical data of 41 patients with exogenous infectious endophthalmitis were analyzed retrospectively.According to the time from diagnosis to surgery,these patients were divided into three groups:≤24-hour group,>24-72 h group,and>72 h-1 week group.Postoperative visual acuity was compared among the three groups.Results Compared with>72 h-1 week group,the visual acuity was significantly improved in both≤24-hour group and>24-72 h group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade should be performed as early as possible to improve the postoperative visual acuity in patients with exogenous infections endophthalmitis.
