摘  要:水稻插秧机的秧针尖运动轨迹决定了其工作性能,为了获得椭圆行星系分插机构的秧针尖运动轨迹,建立了该分插机构的三维参数化虚拟运动学模型,分析了该分插机构各主要结构参数对秧针尖运动轨迹形状及姿态的影响。为了获得满足超级稻分插要求的秧尖针轨迹,利用所建立的参数化样机结合正交试验设计方法,综合考虑超级稻与常规稻农艺及插秧要求等约束条件,对椭圆行星系分插机构的结构参数进行了优化。优化得到的分插机构经超级稻插秧试验效果良好。为类似机构优化问题提出了新思路。Trail of needle to take seedlings determines performance of rice一transplanter.In order to obtain the trail of needle of transplanting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears for high-speed transplanter,parameterized virtual prototype of the transplanting mechanism was set up.Therefore,the influence of every structural parameter on the shape and pose of the trail was analyzed.The super-rice is quite different from the common rice,by request of agricultural and seedling of super-rice,the best group parameters were found by orthogonal experimental design.It can meet the requests for transplanting the super-rice as well as the common-rice.It was proved wonderful by test.And a new idea is proposed for similar optimization problems.
