摘  要:阪着电动汽车等动力电池纟统的快速普及,动力电池的安全问题逐步$显并成为行业热点,如何保障动力电池糸统安全、高败运行的问题亟需解决。在国家重点研发计划项目(2016YFB0101801)的资助下,本丈研老了动力电池过克电热夾控的发生和发展机理;根据电池糸统枚障现象及原因分析,从温度、电压、内阻3个方面提出了7个指标奏数,用于描述和监测电池安全状态;从电池组一玫性出发,提出了基于电池克电电压曲线特征参数的富群点检测方法,用于电池组一玫性评价和安全故障预警;针对动力电池中长期预警,提出了针对三元电池彖量加速.衰遥即“跳水”现象的识别方法,开发电池多时间尺度安全预警糸统,进行示范验证。With the rapid popularization of power battery systemssuch as electric vehicles, the safety of power batterieshas gradually become a hot topic in the industry.How to ensure the safe and efficient operation of powerbattery systems needs to be solved. Under the support ofthe national key R&D project (2016YFB0101801 ) , theoccurrence and development mechanism of battery thermalrunaway caused by overcharging is studied.cording to the battery system fault phenomenon andcause analysis, seven index parameters are proposedfrom three aspects of temperature, voltage and internalresistance to describe and monitor the battery safety status.From the perspective of battery pack consistency,an outlier detection method based on charging voltagecurve characteristic parameters is proposed, which isused for battery pack consistency evaluation and safetyfault warning. Aiming at the medium and long-termwarning of the power battery, the identification methodof the ternary battery capacity accelerated declinewhich is also known as "diving” is proposed. Meanwhile,a multi-time scale safety warning system forbatteries is developed for demonstration verification.
