摘 要:随着中国高产高效矿井建设的蓬勃发展,对辅助运输设备也提出了更高的要求。然而,煤矿现用的窄轨车辆多为矿车、材料车和集中箱车,在日常辅助运输换装过程中存在部分物料换装风险大、换装后不能满载的问题。为解决这些问题,成庄矿设计了一种新型材料车,通过将车厢与底座分离,同时扩大车厢容量,确保物料换装后能满载运输,提高运输效率,确保辅助运输换装作业安全、高效。With the vigorous development of high yield and high efficiency mine construction in China, higher requirements have been put forward for auxiliary transportation equipment. However, most of the narrow rail vehicles used in coal mines are mining vehicles, material vehicles and container vehicles. In the process of daily auxiliary transportation and reloading, there are problems of high risk in material reloading and inadequate load after reloading. In order to solve these problems, Chengzhuang Coal Mine has designed a new type of material vehicle. By separating the car from the base and expand the carriage capacity at the same time, it is ensured that the materials can be fully loaded after reloading, so as to improve the transport efficiency, ensure the safety and efficiency of auxiliary transportation and reloading operations.
