摘 要:针对传统导轨支架间距检测存在效率低和通用性不强等缺点,提出了基于32位高性能微控制器STM32F405和多传感器融合的导轨支架间距自动测量解决方案。通过所设计的自适应算法对测距传感器获得的数据进行分析,求得支架边缘位置;对加速度传感器的数据进行处理,求得支架间距。对整个系统的硬件和软件的具体实现进行了详尽的分析和研究。试验结果表明该系统的测量精度符合检验规范要求。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional rail support spacing detection,such as low efficiency and poor versatility,an automatic measurement solution of rail support spacing based on 32-bit high performance microcontroller STM32 F405 and multi-sensor fusion is proposed. The edge position of the bracket is obtained by analyzing the data obtained by the range sensor through the designed adaptive algorithm,and the bracket spacing is obtained by combining the data processing of the acceleration sensor. The hardware and software implementation of the whole system are analyzed and studied in detail. The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the system meets the requirements of inspection specifications.
