摘 要:桥塞具有施工工序少、周期短、卡封位置准确的特点,已成为国内外各大油田公司所采用的封层技术。桥塞的力学性能直接影响到井下坐封安全,以过油管桥塞作为研究对象,在分析桥塞综合受力基础上,应用ANSYS软件对桥塞关键元件进行有限元分析,通过Solidworks软件对桥塞工具核心部件受力进行分析可知,该设计符合桥塞性能需要。对于桥塞的力学分析可有效降低桥塞工具入井时中途引起的坐封失效工况,为桥塞结构的优化设计提供参考,对保障生产安全具有重要意义。With the characteristics of simple operating procedure,short construction period and accurate positioning of sealing,the bridge plug has become a major sealing tool adopted by oil companies both at home and abroad.The mechanical properties of the bridge plug directly affect the sealing and fracturing of the bridge plug.The overpipe bridge plug is taken as the researching object in this paper,based on the force analysis of the bridge plug,the finite element analysis of the key components of the bridge plug is carried out by using the ANSYS software.Through the force analysis of the core components of the bridge plug by the Solidworks software,it can be seen that the design meets the requirements of the bridge plug performance.The mechanical analysis of the bridge plug can effectively reduce the failure of plug setting when the bridge plug tool entering the well,and it would provide a reference for the optimal design of the bridge plug structure,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of production.
