摘 要:采用原位反应近液相线铸造法制备了Al2O3/Cu复合材料并在该复合材料中添加La2O3,研究La2O3对Al2O3/Cu复合材料的组织结构、显微硬度以及导电性能的影响.结果表明,在La2O3-Al-CuO体系中的原位反应产物主要为Al2O3、CuAlO2、LaAlO3等化合物.稀土La2O3对Al2O3/Cu复合材料的铸态组织具有明显的细化作用,当La2O3的添加量达到0.5wt%时,组织最为细小,显微硬度达到最大值68.7HV;但加入La2O3,使得Al2O3/Cu复合材料的导电性下降.The Al2O3/Cu composite materials were prepared by in-situ reaction near-liquid line casting method,and La2O3 was added to the composite material.The effects of La2O3 addition on the structure,microhardness and electrical conductivity of Al2O3/Cu composite materials were studied.The results show that the reaction products in La2O3-Al-CuO system are mainly Al2O3,CuAlO2 and LaAlO3.With the addition of La2O3,the as-cast microstructure of Al2O3/Cu composite material is obviously refined.When the amount of La2O3 is 0.5 wt%,the microstructure is the finest and the micro-hardness reaches the maximum of 68.7 HV.However,the electrical conductivity of Al2O3/Cu composites decreases with the addition of La2O3.
