从痰论治痫病文献研究  

Literature Research of Treatment of Epilepsy Based on Expelling Phlegm

摘　　要：对痫病从痰论治的理论和临床实践进行了总结和阐释,并结合现代药理研究成果对痫病化痰诸法进行整理。痫病从痰论治的理论基础在于:痫病患者大多数病程较长,这与痰邪致病伏藏体内、反复发作的特点相关;痫病发作可见"有形之痰"的症状;痫病还具"无形之痰"的症状。从痰论治痫病的基本方为定痫丸;治疗痫病的化痰法有清热化痰、温化寒痰、活血化痰、补虚化痰等;治疗痫病的常用化痰药物可归为辛温化痰(如半夏、白附子、天南星)、清热化痰(如竹沥、天竺黄、礞石)及具有独特功效的化痰中药(如石菖蒲、天麻、远志、僵蚕)3类。Literature of theoretical basis and clinical practice for treatment of epilepsy based on expelling phlegm was summarized and analyzed,and various therapies for expelling phlegm were reviewed and then were interpreted by modern pharmacological research. The theoretical basis for treatment of epilepsy based on expelling phlegm is as follows: most of epilepsy patients have a long course of disease,which is accorded with the pathogenic features of phlegm being latent and recurrent;epilepsy patients suffering attack have the clinical manifestations of substantial phlegm,and epilepsy patients also have the clinical manifestations of insubstantial phlegm. The basic recipe for the treatment of epilepsy based on expelling phlegm is Dingxian Pills, and the therapies for expelling phlegm include clearing heat to resolve phlegm, warming and resolving cold-phlegm, promoting blood circulation to resolve phlegm,and reinforcing deficiency to resolve phlegm. The commonly-used herbs for expelling phlegm can be classified into the categories of resolving phlegm with pungent and warm herbs such as Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Typhonii, and Rhizoma Arisaematis, herbs for clearing heat to resolve phlegm such as Succus Bambusae,Concretio Silicea Bambusae and Lapis Micae Aureus,and herbs having unique efficacy for resolving phlegm such as Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Radix Polygalae and Bombyx Batryticatus.
