摘  要:目的通过线上线下教学模式在生理学教学中的探索,探讨对医学生岗位胜任力培养的影响及对生理学教学改革的作用。方法将2014级与2015级口腔医学专业本科生共120名学生作为研究对象,2015级学生作为实验组(60人),2014级学生作为对照组(60人),实验组采用线上线下教学模式;对照组采用传统授课教学模式。两个组在生理学课程结束后进行期末成绩比较;实验组在学期初与学期末通过调查问卷让学生对教学效果进行评分,评分结果录入SPSS19.0软件进行两独立样本t检验。结果生理学课程期末成绩,实验组(73.41±14.43)分高于对照组(68.84±13.48)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)分;实验组学期末在调查问卷的评分指标中学习兴趣、学习主动性、知识掌握、自主学习能力、分析问题能力、运用基础理论知识解决实际问题的能力、表达沟通能力及线上线下教学方法的评分分别为(8.30±1.20)分、(8.50±1.41)分、(8.68±0.95)分、(8.73±1.07)分、(8.57±1.09)分、(8.50±1.31)分、(8.12±1.39)分、(8.90±1.20)分,显著高于学期初(6.80±2.33)分、(6.38±2.32)分、(6.88±2.27)分、(6.68±2.31)分、(6.90±2.00)分、(6.42±2.30)分、(6.43±2.32)分、(6.67±2.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论线上线下教学模式对口腔医学本科生岗位胜任力培养具有促进作用,对生理学教学改革具有积极作用。Objective This study discusses the role of Online to Offline(O2O)teaching in the development of common competency and in the teaching reform of physiology in medical students.Methods 120 students of grade 2014 and grade 2015 majoring in oral medicine were divided into study(grade 2015:60 students)and control(grade 2014:60 students)groups.O2O teaching was applied in the study group and traditional teaching in the control.Final exam scores in physiology between the two groups were compared at the end of the semester.A questionnaire was scored by students in the study group at the beginning and at the end of the semester for effectiveness of the O2O teaching and the scores were entered into SPSS 19.0 for two independent-samples t-test.Results The final exam scores of the study group(73.41±14.43)were higher than those of the control(68.84±13.48),but without statistical significance(P>0.05).The questionnaire scores at the end of the semester were significantly higher(P<0.01)than those at the beginning,with study interest,learning initiative,knowledge mastery,independent learning,problem analyzing,problem solving by applying basic theoretical knowledge,communication skills,and O2O teaching method showing the following scores,respectively-semester end:(8.30±1.20),(8.50±1.41),(8.68±0.95),(8.73±1.07),(8.57±1.09),(8.50±1.31),(8.12±1.39),and(8.90±1.20);semester start(6.80±2.33),(6.38±2.32),(6.88±2.27),(6.68±2.31),(6.90±2.00),(6.42±2.30),(6.43±2.32),and(6.67±2.43).Conclusion O2O teaching can promote the development of common competency of students majoring in oral medicine and can positively stimulate the reform in physiology teaching.
