摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训质量关键在师资队伍建设。加强带教师资资质管理,规范指导医师教学活动,实施带教师资绩效评价是住院医师规范化培训组织管理工作的重要环节。本文探讨了住院医师规范化培训管理信息系统在师资信息、师资培训、师资带教、师资评价和师资激励等方面的应用,旨在规范师资队伍管理,保证住院医师培训质量。The key to the quality of resident standardized training is the construction of teaching staff.Strengthening the management of qualified teachers,standardizing the teaching activities of doctors and implementing the performance evaluation of teachers are important links in the organization and management of resident standardized training.This paper discusses the application of resident standardized training management information system in teacher information,teacher training,teacher guidance,and teacher evaluation and teacher motivation,in order to standardize the management of teachers and ensure the quality of resident training.
