摘  要:通过对桥式起重机主梁静、动态特性研究发现:不同类型的加劲肋对于桥式起重机主梁静动态特性的影响不同。首先建立了起重机主梁以及4种加劲肋的三维模型并进行装配。然后利用ANSYS Workbench强大的仿真功能分别对安装了矩型肋、角型肋、T型肋和正球头肋的起重机主梁进行静态特性分析、模态分析以及谐响应分析。结果表明,安装角型加劲肋的主梁性能优于其他3类主梁。最后论证了纵向加劲肋对主梁结构有着不可忽视的影响。Based on the static and dynamic characteristics of the main beam of the bridge crane,it finds that different types of stiffeners have different effects on the static and dynamic characteristics of the main beam of the bridge crane.The paper establishes and assembles the three-dimensional models of crane girder and four kinds of stiffeners.Based on ANSYS Workbench it analyzes the static characteristic,modal and harmonic response for the crane girder with rectangular rib,angular rib,T-rib and positive spherical head rib.The results show that the performance of the main girder with angle stiffeners is better than that of the other three types of main girders.It demonstrates that the longitudinal stiffener has an important influence on the main beam structure.
