摘 要:客车由于质心高、车身长等特点,高速通过弯道时容易发生侧翻失稳。文章以弯道半径、路面附着系数为主要因素,研究其对客车侧翻的影响进行侧翻临界车速优化计算。首先选用某型客车为研究对象,运用Trucksim软件建立了整车动力学模型,设计不同弯道半径、不同附着系数交互组合的仿真路面进行实验,根据横向载荷转移率进行侧翻临界分析得到各路面环境下的侧翻临界车速,然后再通过Matlab进行函数拟合建立了侧翻临界车速与附着系数、弯道半径的数学模型。设计检验弯道,对比计算可得该数学模型仅存有0.98%的计算误差降低传统模型误差,提高了计算精度。提出客车侧翻临界车速优化计算方案。简要分析其对客车侧翻的影响。Due to the characteristics of high center of mass and long body length, the passenger car is prone to roll over and lose stability when passing the curve at high speed. In this paper, the influence of curve radius and road adhesion coefficient on bus rollover is studied to optimize the critical speed of rollover.First choose a certain type of passenger car as the research object, the vehicle dynamics model was established by applying the Trucksim software, design different bend radius and interactive combination experiment simulation road adhesion coefficient, according to the lateral load transfer rate a cartwheel critical analysis for each side of the road environment critical speed, and then was established based on Matlab function fitting in a cartwheel critical speed and adhesion coefficient, the mathematical model of bend radius.By designing and checking the curve, the calculation error of this mathematical model is only 0.98%, which reduces the error of traditional model and improves the calculation accuracy. The optimal calculation scheme of critical vehicle speed is proposed. The influence on bus rollover is briefly analyzed.
