良性发展我国二手商用车出口业务的建议

摘　　要：国内二手商用车有库存量大、重载性能好的特点。为了促进我国二手商用车出口的良性发展,文章分析了国内二手商用车的技术优势和市场发展需求,提出了促进二手商用车出口业务良性发展的建议,分析了部分可出口目标国的车辆年份限制、出口检验标准和注意事项;为规范出口市场和提高车辆在海外的品牌竞争力,提出了二手商用车出口贸易的交易流程,增设了出口前的技术性能检测流程以增强行业自律性,对助力我国二手商用车出口业务的顺利起步与实施和行业管理有指导意义。Domestic used commercial vehicles have good characteristics of large stock and heavy load. In order to promote the benign development of China’s second-hand commercial vehicle export, this paper analyses the technological advan-tages and market development needs of domestic used commercial vehicles, puts forward some suggestions to promote the sound development of the export business of used commercial vehicles, and analyses the year limits, export inspection standards and matters needing attention of some exportable target countries. In order to standardize the export market and improve the brand competitiveness of vehicles in overseas markets, the transaction process of export trade of second-hand commercial vehicles is put forward, and the technical performance testing process before export is added to enhance the self-discipline of the industry, which is of guiding significance for the smooth start and implementation of export business of second-hand commercial vehicles in China and industry management.
