基于关联规则的中医药治疗偏头痛组方规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药治疗偏头痛的常用配伍规律。方法以1989年1月至2018年3月在维普、CNKJ、万方医学等数据库中收集的省级以上期刊发表,以中药汤剂治疗偏头痛,且经过临床疗效观察有效的中药复方为研究对象,对其用药进行关联规则,探索中医药治疗偏头痛的常用药物配伍规律。结果治疗偏头痛的常用药对:对药组合主要包括①川芎、细辛;②川芎、白芷;③川芎、白芍;④川芎、当归;⑤川芎、甘草;⑥川芎、天麻;⑦川芎、柴胡;⑧白芷、细辛等。三药组合主要包括①川芎、细辛、甘草;②川芎、白芷、甘草;③川芎、当归、甘草;④白芷、细辛、甘草等;四药组合主要包括①川芎、细辛、白芷、甘草;②川芎、细辛、白芷、防风;③川芎、当归、白芍、甘草;④川芎、白芷、白芍、甘草等。结论治疗偏头痛的用药以扶正祛邪为主,扶正以补气养血为主,祛邪以祛风散邪、活血化瘀为主。Objective:To discuss the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine on migraine.Methods:The effective Chinese herbal compound prescriptions in clinical application,published in journals at or above the provincial level from January 1989 to March 2018,were selected.The association rules were used to explore the compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of migraine.Results:The commonly used combination herbals for migraine were:combination of Rhizoma chuanxiong-Asarum,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Angelica dahurica,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Radix paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Radix Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Liquoric,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Rhirima Gastrodia,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Radix Bupleuri,Angelica dahuricaAsarum,etc.Combination of three drugs mainly included Rhizoma chuanxiong-Asarum-Liquoric,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Angelica dahurica-Liquoric,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Radix Angelica sinensis-Liquoric,Angelica dahurica-Asarum-Liquoric,etc.The four medicinal combinations mainly included:Rhizoma chuanxiong-Asarum-Angelica dahurica-Liquoric,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Asarum-Angelica dahurica-Radix sileris,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis-Radix Paeoniae Alba-Liquoric,Rhizoma chuanxiong-Angelica dahurica-Radix Paeoniae Alba-Liquoric,etc.Conclusion:The treatment of migraine mainly relies on strengthening Qi and removing pathogenic factors,reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood,dispelling wind and dispersing pathogenic factors,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
