摘  要:苯系物普遍存在于石油以及由石油炼制的产品中,具有较大的挥发性,在生产、储存和运输过程中,容易释放到环境中,造成环境污染并对生态系统和人体健康构成危害。本文介绍了苯系物污染现状及其危害,通过对比现有苯系物治理技术的优缺点,分析了苯系物微生物处理技术的发展现状,并从厌氧和好氧两个方面总结了微生物降解苯系物的机制及降解途径,研究了降解苯系物的微生物以及苯系物在微生物降解中的相互作用关系,最后展望了其未来发展趋势。Benzenes are monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and volatile which are ubiquitous in petroleum and petroleum refining products.During production,storage and transportation,they are easily released into the environment,causing environmental pollution and endangering the ecosystem and human health.This paper introduced the current situation and harm of benzene series pollution,analyzed the development status of benzene series microbial treatment technology by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing benzene series treatment technology,summarized the mechanism and degradation pathways of benzene series degradation by microorganisms from anaerobic and aerobic aspects,studied the microorganisms that degrade benzene series and the interaction between benzene series during microbial degradation,and finally looked forward to its future development trend.
