摘　　要：不同品种、体型、生理状态或生长阶段条件下,犬对营养素的需要和利用存在较大差异。因此,犬饲粮应该提供种类齐全、数量充足且比例适宜的营养素,精准满足犬的需要,避免出现营养素缺乏或过量引起的犬对营养素需要和利用的不平衡。本文综述了犬营养研究的最新进展,涉及犬对蛋白质、脂肪、必需脂肪酸、碳水化合物、维生素和矿物元素的需要量与各营养素的生理功能,以及饲粮中营养素过量及缺乏症,旨在为犬营养研究及犬粮开发提供参考。Dogs of different breeds,body types,physiological status or growth stages have different requirement and utilization of nutrients.Therefore,the diet of dog should provide diversified,sufficient and proportional nutrients to accurately meet the needs of dogs,avoiding imbalance of nutrients requirement and utilization arised from nutrients deficiency or excess.This article reviews the latest advances in dog nutrition,including the requirements of protein,fat,essential fatty acids,carbohydrate,vitamins and minerals,the physiological functions of these nutrients,and the excess and deficiency of nutrients in the diet,aims to provide reference for dog nutrition research and dog diet development.
