摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮油脂和脂肪酶添加水平对热应激肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验采用5×2双因子设计,选取21日龄、体重相近的健康爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡500只,随机分为10个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡(公母各占1/2)。各组肉鸡分别饲喂不同油脂水平(5.53%、6.71%、7.89%、9.07%、10.25%)和脂肪酶添加水平(0、6000 U/kg)组合的10种试验饲粮。试验在环控鸡舍[温度为(33.98±1.44)℃、相对湿度为(66.26±5.42)%]中进行,试验期21 d。结果表明:1)Ⅳ组肉鸡的平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ组(P<0.05),且达到最高;Ⅳ和Ⅹ组的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05);Ⅸ和Ⅹ组的料重比(F/G)显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。饲粮脂肪酶添加水平对肉鸡的ADFI和ADG有显著影响(P<0.05),对F/G无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮油脂水平对ADFI和ADG无显著影响(P>0.05),对F/G有显著影响(P<0.05)。2)Ⅱ组肉鸡的血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ组(P<0.05),饲粮脂肪酶添加水平对血清TG含量有显著影响(P<0.05);Ⅸ组的血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),饲粮油脂水平对血清TC含量有显著影响(P<0.05);Ⅱ组的血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量显著高于Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ组(P<0.05),饲粮油脂水平对血清FFA含量有显著影响(P<0.05);Ⅰ组的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著高于Ⅹ组(P<0.05)。3)饲粮油脂和脂肪酶添加水平的交互作用对肉鸡的生长性能和血清生化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲粮油脂水平为10.25%、脂肪酶添加水平为6000 U/kg时,可显著提高热应激肉鸡的生长性能,并对肉鸡的脂质代谢有一定影响。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary oil and lipase supplemented levels on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of heat-stressed broilers.Five hundred healthy Arbor Acres(AA)broilers of 21-day-old and with similar body weight were randomly divided into 10 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 broilers(males and females in half)per replicate by a 5×2 two factor design.Broilers among groups were fed 10 test diets with different oil levels(5.53%,6.71%,7.89%,9.07%,10.25%)and lipase supplemented levels(0,6000 U/kg).Broiler feeding trials were conducted in a house-controlled house with temperature(33.98±1.44)℃and humidity(66.26±5.42)%for a test period of 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)average daily feed intake(ADFI)of broilers in groupⅣwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ and Ⅸ(P<0.05),and reached the highest level.Average daily gain(ADG)in groups Ⅳ and Ⅹ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠandⅤ(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain(F/G)in groups Ⅸ and Ⅹ was significantly lower than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05).Dietary lipase supplemented levels had significant effects on ADFI and ADG of broilers(P<0.05),and had no significant effect on F/G(P>0.05).Dietary oil levels had no significant effects on ADFI and ADG(P>0.05),and had significant effect on F/G(P<0.05).2)Serum triglyceride(TG)content of broilers in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ and Ⅹ(P<0.05),and dietary lipase supplemented levels had significant effect on serum TG content(P<0.05).Serum total cholesterol(TC)content in group Ⅸ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅠ and Ⅱ(P<0.05),and dietary oil levels had significant effect on serum TC content(P<0.05).Serum free fatty acids(FFA)content in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅤ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ and Ⅹ(P<0.05),and dietary oil levels had significant effect on serum FFA content(P<0.05).Serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content
