摘  要:基于原位聚合法,以熔点30℃的石蜡为芯材,脲醛树脂为壁材,用氮化硅改性相变微胶囊,成功制备了导热增强相变微胶囊;并对微胶囊的分子结构、储热性能、微观形貌、粒径大小、导热性能进行了观测。将该微胶囊应用于水泥浆体系,成功制备了低水化热水泥浆。试验结果表明,加入6.0%(以石蜡质量为基准)氮化硅,微胶囊的包裹率从67.3%提高到72.3%,导热系数增加了40.7%。此外,若微胶囊加量为10%(以水泥质量为基准),该水泥浆与纯水泥浆相比,最大水化温升下降了18.3℃;24 h及48 h水化热分别下降了8.48×10^4 J及7.88×10^ J。导热增强微胶囊能有效地控制水泥浆的水化温升及水化热,大幅降低了深水水合物层的固井风险。Phase change microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization,with paraffin(melting temperature of 30℃)as core material and urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material,and modified by silicon nitride.Thermal conductivity enhanced phase change microcapsules were successfully prepared.Molecular structure,thermal storage performance,morphology,particle size and thermal conductivity of the microcapsule were characterized.The microcapsule was applied to the cement slurry system,and the low hydration hot water cement slurry was successfully prepared.The results showed that the encapsulation rate of microcapsules was increased from 67.3%to 72.3%,and the thermal conductivity was increased by 40.7%with the addition of 6.0%silicon nitride(based on paraffin quality).When the microcapsules content is 10%(based on the quality of cement),compared with the pure cement slurry,the maximum increase of hydration temperature of the cement slurry was reduced 18.3℃.At the same time,hydration heat was decreased by 8.48×10^4 J in 24 h and 7.88×10^4 J in 48 h.respectively Thermal conductivity enhanced microcapsules can effectively control the increase of hydration temperature and hydration heat of the cement slurry,and greatly reduce the cementing risk in deep hydrate formation.Key word:in-situ polymerization;silicon nitride;thermal conductivity enhanced microcapsule;increase of hydration temperature;hydration heat.
