摘　　要：目的探讨程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)和Clusterin在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及两者与卵巢上皮性癌临床病理特征间的关系。方法收集2015年1月~2019年1月惠州市中心人民医院(中山大学附属惠州医院、广东医科大学惠州临床医学院)以及广东医科大学附属医院35例卵巢良性肿瘤组织和60例卵巢上皮性癌组织标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测在其中的PDCD4和Clusterin的表达情况。结果PDCD4在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率(P<0.05),PDCD4在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达水平与卵巢上皮性癌淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度和FIGO分期明显相关(P<0.05);Clusterin在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率(P<0.05),Clusterin在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达水平与卵巢上皮性癌组织学分化程度和FIGO分期明显相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢上皮性癌组织中PDCD4呈低表达和Clusterin呈高表达,检测PDCD4及Clusterin的表达情况对判断卵巢上皮性癌的生物学行为有一定的临床价值。Objective To explore expression of programmed cell death factor 4(PDCD4)and Clusterin in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and the relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods Samples of 35 cases of ovarian benign tumor tissues and 60 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues from January 2015 to January 2019 were collected from Huizhou Central People’s Hospital(Huizhou Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University,Huizhou Clinical Medical School of Guangdong Medical University)and the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University.The expression of PDCD4 and Clusterin was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of PDCD4 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in ovarian benign tumor tissues(P<0.05).The expression level of PDCD4 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation and FIGO stage of o epithelial ovarian carcinoma(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Clusterin in ovarian epithelial cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in ovarian benign tumor tissues(P<0.05).The expression level of Clusterin in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly correlated with histological differentiation and FIGO stage of ovarian epithelial carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCD4 shows low expression and Clusterin shows high expression in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Detection of the expression of PDCD4 and Clusterin has certain clinical value in judging the biological behavior of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
