摘　　要：目的研究CPEB4在透明细胞性肾细胞癌中的表达及其对细胞株增殖、凋亡和侵袭力的影响。方法选取我院于2016年3月~2018年3月进行透明细胞性肾细胞癌患者80例作为研究组,并选择我院同期收治的肿瘤周围正常肾组织50例为对照组,观察两组患者CPEB4表达相关情况。结果研究组CPEB4表达高于对照组,且对照组细胞存活率高于研究组,迁移距离低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组CPEB4阳性率为10.00%,Ⅳ组患者阳性率最高为100.00%,随着级别升高患者阳性率随之升高,淋巴结转移者CPEB4表达高于未转移,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期CPEB4表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期。研究组男女性别之间CPEB4表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CPEB4在透明细胞性肾细胞癌中表达较高,对细胞株增殖侵袭较强,有利于后期诊断治疗,明确患者治疗意义,在临床中具有重要意义,值得应用。Objective To study the expression of CPEB in renal clear cell cancer and its effects on cell line proliferation,apoptosis and invasiveness.Methods 80 patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study group,and 50 patients with normal renal tissue around the tumor in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The correlation of CPEB4 expression between the two groups was observed.Results The expression of CPEB4 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the cell survival rate in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the migration distance was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of CPEB4 in the control group was 10.00%,and the highest was 100.00%in theⅣgroup.With the increase in grade,the positive rate of patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without metastasis,and the expression of CPEB4 in stageⅢ-Ⅳwas higher than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱ.There was no significant difference in CPEB4 expression between male and female in the study group(P>0.05).Conclusion CPEB4 is highly expressed in renal clear cell cancer and has a strong effect on cell line proliferation and invasion,which is conducive to the later diagnosis and treatment,and is of great clinical significance and worthy of application.
