摘  要:结合《川西须家河致密气藏水平井钻井技术先导性试验》、《深井水平井钻井液技术研究》、《川西须家河致密气藏水平井钻井液技术研究》等项目,充分借鉴前期施工的中深井水平井钻井液技术的成功经验,不断总结和完善,形成了适合于川西地区的深井水平井钻井液技术。包括水平段都遇到了井壁失稳、井眼清洁难等技术难题,但通过现场井眼净化措施、润滑防卡防塌技术措施,基本解决了水平井段的技术难题,提高了油气产量。Combined with the Pilot Test of Horizontal Well Drilling Technology in Xujiahe Tight Gas Reservoir in west sichuan,Research on Drilling Fluid Technology of Deep Horizontal Well,Study on Drilling Fluid Technology of Horizontal Well in Xujiahe Tight Gas Reservoir,we fully absorb the successful experience of deep horizontal well drilling technology,constantly summarize and improve,to form the deep horizontal well drilling fluid technology suitable for western sichuan region.Technical problems such as shaft wall instability and hole cleaning were encountered in the horizontal section.However,technical problems in the horizontal section were basically solved through field hole purification measures,lubrication,anti-jamming and anti-collapse technical measures,and oil and gas production was increased.
