摘  要:目的探讨整形技术应用于处理颜面皮肤软组织急诊外伤中的实际价值。方法选取我院于2015年9月-2018年11月期间收治的90例颜面皮肤软组织急诊外伤患者作为本次研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组(每组45人)。研究组颜面皮肤软组织急诊外伤患者利用整形技术处理,对照组予以强生尼龙线(4-0/5-0)常规全层缝合。结果研究组伤口完全愈合时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组伤口I期愈合率(91.11%)高于对照组(71.11%),P<0.05;研究组术后硬结发生率(0)、瘢痕发生率(2.22%)均显著低于对照组(分别为13.33%、17.78%),P<0.05。结论将整形技术应用于颜面皮肤软组织急诊外伤处理工作中可取得较优效果。Objective To explore the practical value of plastic surgery in the treatment of facial skin and soft tissue emergency trauma.Methods Ninety patients with facial skin and soft tissue emergency trauma admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method(n=45 in each group).The patients in the study group were treated with plastic surgery for the patients with facial soft tissue.The control group was given a full-thickness suture of Johnson&Johnson nylon(4-0/5-0).Results The wound healing time of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.11%),P<0.05.The rate(0)and the incidence of scar(2.22%)were significantly lower than those of the control group(13.33%,17.78%,respectively),P<0.05.Conclusion The application of plastic surgery technology in the treatment of facial skin and soft tissue emergency trauma can achieve better results.
