摘　　要：新工科建设要求树立大工程观的人才培养理念,这与课程思政建设主旨相一致,以无机非金属材料工程专业为例,结合学生的学情和材料学科课程特点,构建阶梯型的工程德育教育体系。优化课程内容,设计教学环节,实现工程德育教育的无声渗透;通过双创和校企合作平台,培养学生创新创业能力和工匠精神。New engineering construction requirement to set up the view of engineering talents cultivation idea,this is consistent with the course construction of ideologic.Combining with the characteristics of the students'learning and discipline curriculum materials,take Inorganic Nonmetallic Material Engineering as an example,built the ladder type of moral education system.To optimize the design of the course content and teaching link,the realization of engineering the silent infiltration of moral education.Through the double gen and university-enterprise cooperation platform,training students'innovative entrepreneurial ability and craftsmanship spirit.
